Sea Rayder F16 Seat Removal

I would like to replace the seats across the back of the boat. I know that they are attached underneath, but am having a hard time accessing the fasteners through the engine compartment. I assume they were attached before the hull and superstructure were put together. Anyone have any ideas how to get them out?

Hi I just did the on my F16. Mine were tore up so I lifted the foam up there are 1/4-20
SS Steel screw drive them out the nuts and washers will fall out and there is no way
of getting them out. I sent the plastic bottoms out and had new seats made. Before I had them coverd they gave me some black plastic push on. I toke the plastic base and center
them and drill 4 1/4" holes the base and fiber glass. Than I push the plastic push on in the
plastic base than had the seats redone. Just line up the pins and push down slow as not to
bend them. I hope this works for you.

I got all of the backrests off and several of the bolts from the seat bottoms. But it seems as if I need to remove the actual panel to get to the other screws. I have a total of one bolt on each cushion seat to still remove.... Help.......

Does anyone know if I can remove the three seat cushions from my sea rayder fx16?

can you post a photo or two of the actual clips or explain further. Becasue If I rip the cushions to get to the bolts/ screws it will be a final solution.... Thanks for your help.

I am doing the exact same thing???? Lets stay in touch and perhaps we can avoid the same mistakes!
