Sea rayder leaking oil at base of powerhead sport jet 90hp

I rebuilt the engine last year and I am trying to get all of the kinks worked out of the boat. Went out yesterday for the second time on the boat and noticed it was revving up fine but it wouldnt get up to speed. Lifted engine bay cover and noticed fuel/oil mix pooling in the valley of the boat. Found it was fuel squirting out of the fuel pump area. Unfortunaely after tightening down the screws to this it helped some but not much. This didnt happen before.

Afterwards, it would not start. It would crank over but it wouldnt fire up and run. It was while I was trying to crank it that I noitced that there was black oil slightly leaking out from under the DRIVE HOUSING PLATE that sits at the bottom of the engine as shown in the pictures. Is this a common leaking area? If its just the gasket, I assume it will get worse eventually correct?
