On my 256 FAC Dusky outfitted with twin counter rotating 200 hp Evinrudes the steering is Sea Star 1.7 HH5271 and the steering seems loose and won't go lock to lock. Having recently purchased the boat I am learing a lot. Went to Sea Star site but didn't answer my question (or I didn't understand the answer) about bleeding the system. Fluid level is low and I want to do it right. Is it necessary to bleed system? If so, how? I would appreciate any input.
