Sea star what year is it ????

I recently bought my first boat and I bought it from a friend of mine that got it in a package deal with an RV.My problem is he never got any paperwork for this boat ie;title,owners manual,etc,etc.I have an idea that it is from the early 80s it is a SEA STAR SPOILER and it is metalic blue and turquise.I found an ID tag that says it was made by Glastex in Monmouth IL other numbers I found read v888 10 and it has a OMC motor and outdrive.
Does anyone out there know where I could get an owners manual for this boat and where the heck I would find the info on the year of this boat.....any and all help would be great !!!!!!!!!!!!!

according to info foud on this site that model was made between 1976 and 1981. see here http://www.iboats.com/Sea_Star_Boats/bp/20br1404

what is the hull id number? usually the last 2 numbers is the year made.

Where do you find the hull ID TAG I have checked out the boat and I can only find 1 tag and the is inside the boat ????

The Hull ID Number would be found on the starboard corner of the transom below the rub rail.
