I have a seabee 12hp out board motor made by Good Year Tire and Rubber Co. in Akron Ohio. The model number is 225-3615 and the serial number is 684827. Can anyone tell me the year it was made and if possible how much it is worth?

It is a 57.Full gearshift Built by the Gale devision of OMC.Shares many parts with the Evinrude Johnson motors of similar years.
Value depends on condition and needs to be comeplete.I personally would pay up to about $100 for an apparently sound comeplete non running motor.
A fully restored pristine motor might bring $500 from a Sea Bee collector
with more money than sense.
