SeaFoam is an excellent decarbonizer. Use caution though when spraying it in intakes with the motor running. Use short bursts as opposed to long bursts while spraying contents into carb intakes. I have been advised that long bursts may not provide sufficient lubrication to crank and rod bearings. Possibly causing engine damage or premature wear.

Thanks I will remember that. Do I have to take the boat immedately to the lake or can I let it sit for a week or two? And how much for a gallon of gas?
