Should you use the sea foam right after rebuilding the carbs/replacining all fuel lines or after you have run the motor for a while?
And can a slight difference in replacement fuel line size make a difference in how it runs?

Do not downsize the fuel line.... Use Sea Foam whenever you feel it is necessary. Usually after running the motor for a while.

Ok thanks .I put larger sized lines in so I guess that will work out good.

That will work good - the limit in the fuel line is the connections - where you put the hose onto the metal or plastic conjunctions. But it is generally not a good idea to downsize.

-M-

Does a change in the bulb size (tiny differece) matter either especially if you have one that is bigger than the old one?

NO, should not make any difference. If you put anything other than OEM, keep a close watch on it as they sometimes create problems because the check valve do not work properly.

I hope that the fact that I had to change the fuel fitting to the carb did not lower the fuel pressure at idle much...

So I can use it on a regular basis anytime the fuel will set for over 3 weeks? It works just as well as "Stabil" stabilizer?
