Seaking Oil Mixture

I have a 1978 seaking 3.5 hp outboard. It says to use SAE 30 oil, one pint to one gallon ratio. Can I use regular outboard oil or 2stroke oil and at what ratio? model number k350 5106a

Use TCW-3 Marine oil from any place, like Stuffmart. Mix it to the recommended ratio, one pint per gallon.

That is an air cooled motor. Some say to use chainsaw oil because it runs so hot.
