You can get an impeller off ebay for about $18 shipped.
There's a site called nicksoutboardmarine that sells sea king parts.
If the recoil isn't retracting remove it and remove the plastic sleeve on the very bottom of the unit and re-install it. Kinda of a pain in the butt job. The only way I was able to do it was to remove the flywheel.
