I have a 90 hp 3 cyl 1995 chrysler/merc/force sportjet that I'm rebuilding. I'm the 2nd owner.<br />Removed the exhaust manifold and found that the small cooling port at the very bottom of the block directly under the exhaust chamber there is a water port but someone has sealed it shut with clear epoxy. Question, is this normal if so why? Could this be someones bass ackwards way of repairing (stopping) a leak? I'm not sure if I should leave it as is or drill and file out the epoxy and allow water to flow through? All help is appreciated. Thanks, todapark
