sealing a fiberglass boat

i have a 16 ft. fiberglass,, it is a 1968,, glaspar it is solid everywhere,, i noticed some dampness , i want to seal this area,, it is not rotten, i need some sort of sealant, to put on it , i have no idea's any help would be nice Tad

where exactly do you want to seal.above or below the water line????? charlie
