Searching for thru hull exhaust tips

I am looking for thru hull exhaust tips/fittings and i am having a bit of a hard time finding them. any ideas on where to look? i have looked on ebay and have not found much, looked on google and only find a few results.

i am looking for SS with an internal flapper...

got a number of hits.
