I have a 1941 Waterwitch outboard motor made by Kissel Ind, model 571.13, serial 49692. Is there a source where I can obtain an operations manual and a parts listing, and what the original paint & decals were? I found info on line regarding HP, fuel mix, plug type, mag point and plug gap data. My auto retrieve is broken as well.
