Sears 4.5 hp help with flywheel torque spec ?

I'm working on a sears (eska) 4.5hp model # 217.59460, I have a manual from certified parts group but I can't find the torque specs for the flywheel, I replaced coils, points & condensers. Hopefully You vast Books of Knowledge can help me out , really you guys are incredible ! Please Help

35ft pounds, and I would replace the thin factory nut with a deeper one
