sears 4.5hp motor

I was given an old sears motor. It is a Tecumseh. I have the points gapped at about .019 and the plug gapped at .030. My fuel is 32:1. The motor will start and run, but when I give it throttle it only sputters a little faster then returns to the same idle. Do I need new points and if so where can I get them. The model # is 217/59461 and the serial number is 153045.
