Having a problem with getting fire spark..now when i have the coil wire in my hand and my hand is on the block im getting fire,,,,but when i remove my hand from the block back to no fire..ive have cleaned and lightly sanded...just have no clue....email is crazyaker@aol.com.....thank you for your time.............craig

You will need an inexpensive in line spark checker bought at any auto parts store to check for spark.Your hand is not a good testing device.Here is a link to the Eska files that mrcrabs has so neatly organized.

with out checking for sure (i'm sure) you have one of the last Eska made gamefishes and your engine will have points instead of solid state ignition, your problem description is typical of a unit that just needs a good cleaning of the points and the gap reset
