Sears Outboard - Year?

Hi all,<br /><br /> I just bought a Sears 14 hp Outboard today. I don't know much about it but it looks similar to an old Chrysler I used to have. The plate on the front only has the number: 1147 on it. That's all I can find on the plate.<br /><br /> Do I need to look anywhere else for other numbers or does this tell you anything?<br /><br /> Oh, by the way, I paid $25 for the motor. I put it on my outboard stand, cleaned a couple things, made a couple adjustments on the carb, hooked the fuel up to it, and it started on the 2nd pull <br /><br />Shane
