Sears Sea King 7hp external gas tank connector

I have an old Sea King 7hp (model/serial numbers are gone), but my research says it was probably from early 1970s.

It has a built in tank and runs ok, but it also has an external gas tank connector that I'd like to use.

However, I can't find any info on what/where to get a connector for the external tank I already have.

It looks a LOT like the Nissan connector. If I can attach a pic, I'll do so.

No scale in the pic, I'm afraid, but it's approximately 7/16" in diameter. Length to hex is 3/8" and from end of connector to the "groove" is 1/4".

Any help on finding what will fit this, and/or where to buy it at reasonable price would be appreciated.

I believe that is an Eska built motor. It may use a Chrysler connector.
Take a look here at iboats in the chrysler/Force Fuel system parts.
You could also try certified parts corp.

Correction, it's a Sears "Ted Williams", not Sea King motor.

And yes, the Chrysler/Force connector works great on the motor! If anyone else wants to use their motor with an external tank, it's Moeller part number 033484-10 for the one with the 3/8" hose barb (female to put on hose to connect to motor itself). They also have a 5/16" barb one, but I don't have the Moeller number for that one.

Hope that's helpful to someone else. Oh, it retails for just under $15, but I got it for $13 at a local discounted Marine place here in San Diego.
