Have installed carb kit, set float travel "level" upside down, flat bottom of bowl opposite float hinge, new fuel pump bladder set at 2-8 o'clock. (Will start then "sput"). Carb bowl is full. Spark plug is dry after cranking. Any suggestions are welcome. (This thing is not going to get the best of me, haha).
