SeaStar steering too loose on a 99' Merc Carb 225HP

My friend doesn't like his loose steering, is there anyway to make it more stiff?

The motor wants to turn little by little by itself when moving around.

Any adjustments knobs on the outboard transom bracket or the seastar system itself?
