I just bought a 16dlx last spring, and I just put a swivel mount on the starboard side bench with a folding seat bolted to that. My fishing partner sits in one of the inexpensive folding chairs that you take to the kids soccer game. I like that arrangement since I fish alone quite a bit and it allows me to get the seat out of the way when its not in use.
Pedestal mounts would be easy to mount and you can get just about any height you want aftermarket.
