Seatemp.com , Any information?

I ordered a part from them over a week ago . I was told it shipped but they haven't charged me nor do they provide any type of tracking or order info at all. Anyone else done buisness with them and what were your results ? Do I need to order from somwhere else or contact the better buisness bureau or what? When I call them I get the same crap its on its way.<br /> Thanks,<br /> KYHunter

i ordered from them shipping was a tad slow<br />but may be shipping companeys fault.my credit card charge took 3 weeks to show up as a matter of fact i got my part before the charge showed up<br />(if i recall correctly)at times parts are drop shipped from a supplier and that will add to delay
