Seawater pump wobbles-wrong balancer?

purchased by boat used. Ever since then, my seawater pump does a slight wobble. It is screwed to balancer w/3 oem bolts. However, the bolts fit loosely in the holes of the pump so that it is hard to set the pump centered on the balancer-therefore, I got a wobble. It is possible I don't have an origianl balancer as the previous owner had the engine replaced.

I guess my question would be (from anyone that may have a similar setup) does the oem balancer have some sort of centering or line up mechanism that will center the pump? Thanks in advance.

If the bolts are loose and the pump wobbles, you probably don't have it on the balancer properly.
