If I understand correctly you use a hammer and socket to pound the engine mount down and out of the bell housing. Any heat needed? Are they just press fit or what?

Thanks

Hammer and socket worked fine for me, didnt need any heat, a few moderate taps with a hammer and they shot right out. Pressed new ones in with a socket and bench vise. Five minutes start to finish.

no heat, drove right out with a 1" socket, put new ones in with a ujoint press in minutes. really didn't even have to completely remove the engine
