Seeking Electric start/charge for 9.9 Evinrude

I want to add electric start and charging to my 1983 Evinrude 9.9 HP Model E10R1CTR Ser# E0194463.<br />Understand kit number is 173344 but cannot locate. Will consider bits and pieces, new or used to assemble the kit myself. Anybody know where I can get what I need ?

This just my opinion, but having done these conversions myself, I would bite the bullet and get the factory kit new, if only for the instructions. You will find that you are cramming alot of stuff where you think it won't fit.You can take that advice or leave it.
