2016 383 stroker with 20 hours

Last years I ran the boat from the marina to the ramp with no issue. brought the boat to the house drained the water from the manifolds, block and stored it. This is year the engine is locked up. Is that possible?

I removed the lower unit and the engine is still locked/seized

No sign of water in the oil

Start with basics
Is your battery fully charged?

What happens when the starter engages?
Do the battery cables heat up?

Can you turn the motor with plugs out by the belt?

Thank you for the reply

1) Batteries are charged
2) I haven’t checked the cables but will do
3) starter engages and I get one clunk
4) I cannot turn the motor with plugs out
5) I did spay some PB blaster and let it sit for couple of days. Still not turning. I’m using a crowbar at the fly wheel and still can’t turn it.

Doesn't sound good. It wouldn't take much water to seize a motor

You've done all the checks. Lets hope PB loosens things up

Thank you. It’s nearly unbelievable or a case of really bad luck.

MY thought is there might be a small intake leak and had just enough to get a small amount into a cylinder. If that's the case, the PB sitting long enough should free it up over time
