seized motor

Hi All<br />My spring project is a seized 35hp Westbend (Chrysler)1964.I've freed up the crank and pistons,redid the points and have spark but only one cyl. has compression.The head gasket is fine I think the rings are stuck Can anything be done to free them up without opening the block? How about PB Blaster. Available at Autozone, Walmart etc.

That PB blaster is a miracle worker let it soak for a good while
