yup the forward prop is stuck, the small one one came off real easy too!
and i noticed there was lots of volvo waterproof grease still left on the shaft.
after searching on google i learned that the duoprops need to be removed and greased 2X a season .. plan to grab some penetrating oil. anyone have some ideas i would like to hear them.

Re: seized propeller.

Many times, I have had luck just using a rubber mallet on the blades (close to the hub) going from blade to blade and it slowly walks off the shaft................ On bad days, I have had to cut them off.

Good day!

Good day!

Yes it was a good day.

Prop came off real easy with this rig!!

Got the idea from another forum and it worked just great he used this to take both props off so decided it was safe.

I used a 5 ton hydraulic gear puller cost $59
12' of 1/4'' steel cable and 2 forged cable clamps

to feed the wire i used string and a nut, fished it out with a mechanics magnet.
taped with electritions tape to the string some bike wire cable then taped the 1/4'' cable.

I had used a little too much penetrating oil so it fed behind the prop real easy
Few pulls and it came right off.
