Thanks to the iboats crew I just solved a steering issue, so next on the list is a problem with the selectrim. This is a 1972 165hp inline 6 chevy 250. The selectrim wants to work, it slightly wiggles the jack screw but won't acctually move the block down. I have given it some grease in the zerk and sprayed what I can see with some lube as well. Is there anything else I can try without having to take it apart? Perhaps a well placed blow with a hammer?
