Self Adhesive Vinyl Dash Trim

Does anyone know of a source for self adhesive thin vinyl that would work well on the "dash" over a smooth gelcoat surface? It appears that is what came from the factory originally on this old boat. Mine was cracked and dried out so I heated it with a heat gun and peeled/scraped it off and then sanded the gelcoat underneath. I am looking for something to essentially recover it similar to the factory. It was also used over the plywood that made the master switch panel to give it a finished look but I am replacing that panel with a custom made one in a polymer.
