Selling advice about mercury motor

Im trying to sell my running in poor condition 1973 85 hp model 850 4cyl mercury outboard boat motor was looking how much did anyone think I would get out of it in a deal or general advice about it

A couple hundred bucks as-is if complete with controls. Several times more than that if you want to spend the time to part it out .

$0.30 per pound for a motor in poor condition

I sold the same motor for 150 to a guy who needed the parts.

You would get the most $$$ parting it out. Depending on what's still good, of course

Well it runs just some grass and what not in the bay and some cosmetics
