Seloc or Yamaha manual?

I am re-powering with a 1994 Yamaha 200hp. I am having problems with my Seloc manual being exceedingly confusing for the intitial rigging/wiring I think because it covers so many motors.
Am I better off paying the $80 for a yamaha service manual for this motor?

How much will this help me, as I am starting pretty much from scratch and need to re-wire, re-guage, etc...?

Get the Yamaha manual.You might find one cheaper on Ebay.I did.
