Serial Number Question -

I just bought a 20ft 1995 Genisis with a 4.3 Mercruiser and Alpha outdrive - I presume. The only serial numbers I can find ( need impeller kit) are on the top of the outdrive (OF460491) and the unit the outdrive attaches to at the transom (OF481916). These numbers do not seem to match the numbers listed in Sierra parts discription? I don't see any other numbers on the outdrive - I've looked under the flange where the trim tab is - no luck


Answer found - these are the serial numbers.

Yes they are. Hopefully you found you have an Alpha I Gen II drive with a 1.84 gear ratio. Here are the instructions for changing the impeller kit.
