It's weird because you posted the wrong serial number and no model information to judge by. It should be 0G146717 not 06.

please help me find what year is my mariner 15 hp, serial:09601150, made in belgium. i need to change the water impaller and i do not know what to order. i tried the link posted above for parts but it does not find the serial. i am confused is it an inpaler for merc or for yamaha?
