Serpentine belt replacement 4.3GXI-E

Headed to the boat for the weekend, looking through my maintenance log I haven't done the serpentine belt since 2015 (approx 103 hours on engine since 2015). While the belt visually looks fine, I have read that volvo recommends replacement every 3 years. Is this right?

I have a spare belt already. My workshop manual is with the boat in the shed (3 hours away) but it appears replacement is easy as removing the in/out water hoses, water pump clamp and then just install the belt using the tensioner. Am I missing anything?

If it looks good I wouldn't replace it. Keep the spare on the boat for piece of mind.

Ayuh,..... I've got 'bout 20 years on one right now, looks good as new still,.....
No crackin' anywhere,....

Ditto when i sold my old boat in 2016 , it was a 1991 that still had all the original belts and hoses…
