Service manual differences

These manuals are both 1992 J/E 9.9-30 service. One has a white cover, one blue. Anyone know the difference? Thanks!

Are they both the same publisher? Maybe one is BRP factory and the other one is Ken Cook? Just guessing.

That's what it looks like to me. I have a couple of OEM manuals for engines of similar eras. One was published back when the engine was new and has a white cover with light blue print like the one pictured. The other one, I just bought from ken Cook. It is also an OEM manual (or the same as it), but has a blue cover. My guess is that they are identical except for the cover; I'd buy the cheaper one.
