Service Manual early 60's??

Where can I get a service manual for an early 60's Mercury 50 hp. Serial number is 1424617.

The manual for your s/n is 90-25500 but I don't see any on ebay at the moment. There are several places on the net offering the manual but some of them are qute high priced, maybe you can find one.

Searching for a year for your 60 and I have s/n 1303411 as a 1960 so I would think yours is 61 or 62 at the most.

Thanks I need to replace the drive shaft seal. I might just give it a go without the manual. Doesn't seem like a hard job.
