im trying to get a service manual for my ns70a2. called local dealer and they said did not have a part number so could not get me one. is there somewhere on internet i can dl one? is there someone i can call to get one? need some troubleshooting info for ingnition system. have no spark.

Apparently your local dealer did not get his CD over the winter, and is not on TACDirect.

The 70 A manual is only available from:

http://internetoutboards.com/partdetail.asp?id=626

Due to a brain fart, that engine was not included into the 003-21035-1 manual as it should have been. And since it was left out of the original printing, they have no intention of ever correcting the mistake as that would require effort.
