Set timing?

I am replacing the timer base, power pack and stator on my 1996 Johnson OceanRunner. Do I need to set the timing after this replacement?

Not really. You might get the chance to learn how to replace pistons as well as the ignition system. All kidding aside, yes - you absolutely need to check it.
