Setting Up My Mercury115 With My Control.

Please please please can someone help me again,had my boat 3 years now and when i bought it its always been pull to thrust and visa versa.Want it the right way forward to go forward and back to go back.Been messing today and dont think its possible,and now i need my engine setting back up with my control.Is this a complex job or as someone done it before and could pass there experience on.The control is a quick silver and dont Know if its compatible with my engine.
