Sevylor XR 68 floor

what is the trick to the floor? Does it need to go in before inflating . Got it off of Craigslist and the floor was in it and it was inflated when we got it. We took the air and the floor out to transport it and now it seems a puzzle.

you need to put the floor in when the boat is half way inflated ......
