Shaft length

Hi all, this may be a dumb question but what is being refferred to when talking about shaft length. I have an 1989 Evinrude 200XP STLCEB200 I am unsure what the shaft length is or how to find it. Any info would be appreciated greatly.

The "L" in the model number says it's a long shaft 20".
