I was cruising craigslist looking at boats and what not in the Ocala listings and came across this guy selling something call E-Z Outs.

I'm not trying to flog anyone's wares but this just struck me as a great idea and hope he's got a patent pending because this is really a great invention for the skinny waters here in Florida and along our coastline. We've all read about dropping you trailer wheels off the end of the ramp and hope it never happens to us. These things will go a long way to get ya back up the ramp.

Re: Shallow Water Launches

I bought one of the prototype sets when I was living in Salt Springs (near Ocala) several years ago. They do work great, even with my 25' mullet boat. I backed off the end of a ramp not long ago and it came up with no problems, even loaded with an extra 5,000 lbs. on deck.
