anyone have any good suggestions for the window edges for a bowrider? I ripped my skin several times last year on ours... short of grinding them down to round... I don't know what to do about them. :(

Grinding them round may be the answer. You can try running a bead of siliconeover the sharp edge or checking with the manufacturer if there was supposed to be a plastic cover on the area in question.Charlie

Search around for automotive trim, there are a lot of rubber type trim pieces in a "U" shape that would probably slip right over the frame. There are others that form a 90 angle that may need to be glued in place. Had the same issue on my alum bowrider many years back and I found some right angle trim pcs to glue on with automotive trim glue. Best part they looked good as well as being usefull.

I took the back windows off of my Capri 1600. Took a belt sander and rounded off the top corner. touched up with sandpaper.
