first, thanks every one for your help I had a real tough time getting my 225 excel up and running.
Heres what has been done

New fuel lines from tank to engine
Remove on engine fuel filter and disconnect.
Put in 10 micron fuel filter and water sep
Put in shut off valve for the gas line going to my kicker.
rebuilt carbs
replaced reeds,
new intake gasket and redd gasket
new fuel pumps
set the TPS to .41
Changed lower gear lube

I am getting a rough idle, I need to set my neatural idle to about 1100 to get a 800-750 in gear idle

Also, at WOT I only getting about 4500, I am using a 19p prop. SO I know I am not over propped what else would cause this?

I get an over heat after about an hour of running. I am going to change impellers tommorrow, so I will report back on that.

mph does not mean much, is RPM still only 4500?
What was your WOT RPM before the problem started?
does the manual call for setting the TPS to .41?
How are you testing spark/ voltage on all cylinders at problem RPM?A timing light is good for watching for dropped spark.

If compression good and spark is good at problem RPM then make sure timing is going where it is suppose to, If all that is good then it is back to the fuel/air ratio.
Too much or too little fuel will not let a cylinder fire properly.
