Hello all,
I am still restoring my 1959 35 Hp Johnson, I have run it for about a month and it has done really well. The only thing I have left before I do some paint is the shift lever. The lever has too much play in it, I have put in a new clutch, fork, and cradle. The play is from wear in the linkage between the lever and where it enters the block. Anyone encounter this before? Thanks to all that helps.
