I have a 2002 Mercury 60hp outboard and have water getting into my lower unit. After doing a pressure test I have narrowed it down to the shift shaft seal. I have searched online for how to remove and replace the seal but I have yet to find any help. If anyone is familiar with this seal please let me know how to replace it. Any advice is appreciated.
