I replaced my shift cable (along w/ trim and bellows) and followed the instructions for the cable adjustment, but was never sure if I was doing it exactly right. (There didn't seem to be much of a difference when I did the adjustment).
When I took it on the water, everything worked great except sometimes it wouldn't go into neutral when I pulled it back. I had to kind of play w/ it or move it a few times.
Any tips on this? Is there another way to adjust once you're in the water? Out of the water again I was having a hard time figuring if I did it correctly.
