I took off the carb of my Tohatsu 5 hp to clean it as it would stall when put under load. In order to get the carb off, I had to move the pull cord housing sideways a bit to get to the inside bolt. This required me to take the screw/spring off the shifting mechanism on the front of the pull cord housing. The carb is cleaned and reinstalled and the pull cord housing is rebolted back into place but I can't figure out how this damn spring goes on and can't find an exploded view, can one of you guys toss me a bone. Thanks.

And that is why the carb bolts have #2 phillips drive in the head, in addition to the 10mm hex.
