I have a 79 chrysler 30 horse I just picked up. Im not sure if it even runs or not.but the twist grip doesnt seem to want to turn much in either direction and it doesnt seem to wanna shift to forward or reverse. I dont know anything about ourboards.Any ideas? help please.
